Christmas Lights Switch On 2009

November is traditionally the month of the big switch on, when Daventry turns on its Christmas lights and the countdown to Christmas can well and truly get underway. 
For winter 2009 Daventry had all new Christmas Lights scattered around the town.

A series of Christmas activities were arranged, including music, singing, dancing and Christmas themed stalls were held on the High Street.

BBC Radio Northampton’s Martin Heath did a brilliant job of hosting the event.

2010

The Christmas lights will be switched on 20th November 2010.
