Site 5 Gasworks, Danetre garage area, outdoor swimming pool area

This site has been linked to Site 1 (Primrose Hill) and is due for development by Henry Boot but no outline plans have been submitted yet. The Town Council believes that this site will be for larger stores such as Currys and other ‘white goods’ stores and another car park will be included here where the former Danetre Garage is situated.
