The Northamptonshire Association for the Blind has initiated an AWARENESS CAMPAIGN which is designed to enable people who have a visual impairment become aware of the facilities that exist to help them with their problems. This is also of great interest to carers or relations of anyone who knows of a blind or partially sighted person.

Apart from the general awareness campaign the NAB offer the service of the Mobile Information Unit that travels the length and breadth of Northamptonshire and into Market Harborough. There is a specialist home at Raunds and an office in Kettering available to improve the services to visually impaired people.
