Daventry Town Mayor attends Green Health's Open Day

The Mayor of Daventry Cllr Glenda Simmons attended Green Health's open day located at Daneholme Allotment site in Daventry, which is just one of three community projects currently taking place on Daventry Town Councils allotments.

Allotments provide many therapeutic benefits which are especially helpful for people suffering with their mental health and the Town Council are keen to hear from any other Daventry Community organisations whose members would benefit from having an allotment.

If you are over 18 and a Daventry resident, you can apply to Daventry Town Council to have an allotment on one of our four Daventry sites. For further details, please call 01327 301246 or email admin@daventrytowncouncil.gov.uk
