Daventry Museum: First Exhibition for 2020

Daventry Museum is pleased to announce that it's first exhibition of 2020 will commemorate 375 years since the Battle of Naseby. It will detail the battle plans on both sides, the armour, weaponry and dress.

Cutting edge archaeological research will also feature alongside findings from the battle. The core of the exhibition will look to answer what Daventry's place was in the conflict; who was here in 1645 and what effect the Civil War had on the townspeople?

Come and see for yourself when the museum reopens on Saturday 11th January 2020 at 10am.
