Daventry Town Council: Community Litter Pick 3 - New Street Park/Rec

Daventry Town Council is very excited to be hosting its next Community Litter Pick on Saturday and everyone is invited to get involved too.

Continuing our #Litterheroes Campaign we have been hosting Community Litter Picks to coincide with The Keep Britain Tidy #GreatBritishSpringClean2021 Event. Our last of 3 consecutive weekend picks is this coming Saturday 12 June at 2pm – 3pm, concentrating on Daventry Town Centre and New Street Park/Rec.

Residents are encouraged to join our Community Ranger Charlotte Jones alongside Town Councillors as we tackle some of the litter hotspots within Daventry Town Centre. Equipment will be provided if you haven't got your own to bring with you and all ages are welcome.

The meeting point for Saturday is: The notice board by the entrance to New Street Park near the bus station.

No need to book a spot, just come along on the day!

Daventry Town Council will also be hosting our 𝗦𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁 on Saturday 12 June, so whilst in town why not visit us there too before joining for the pick.
