Keep Daventry Clean: Join our April Litter Pick Walk

Keep Daventry Clean: Join our April Litter Pick Walk

Join Daventry Town Council on Saturday 23 April 2022 (St George's Day) for our next community litter pick, which this month is covering the Daneholme Avenue area of Daventry.

Continuing our ongoing Litter Campaign, we once again extend an open invitation for everyone to join us in helping to tackle litter hot spots within the town.

The organised litter picks are led by DTC Community Ranger, Charlotte Jones with accompanying town Councillors and DTC staff members.

Daventry Town Council litter picks are a regular monthly event and are not only great for the environment, but being out in the fresh air provides both physical and mental health benefits too. Become a Daventry #Litterhero and create a positive impact on both yourself and the place we live.

To join April's Litter Pick, meet us at 11am on Saturday 23 April at: Children's Play Park Area of Daneholme Avenue, Daventry, NN11 0QA.

Equipment will be provided if you haven't got your own to bring and there is no booking required, simply just come along on the day.

The events are open to everyone and all ages are welcome, although children in attendance will need to be supervised by a responsible adult.

This litter pick is organised and funded for by Daventry Town Council.
