Knit a Tree for the Jubilee

Knit a Tree for the Jubilee

Knit a Tree for the Jubilee is a collaborative project with Daventry Museum, Northampton Museum and Art Gallery (NMAG), Daventry Town Council and West Northants Council. To celebrate the Queen's Platinum Jubilee we are inviting any keen crafters to help make a beautiful knit and crochet blanket.

To get involved is free and easy to do. Pick up a materials pack from either Daventry Museum or NMAG to knit a square or crochet flowers and leaves which will adorn the blanket. The blanket design is of a tree canopy and the packs have the specific colours and materials required to make up the commemorative blanket.
