#DaventryLitterheroes Invited to Final 2023 Litter Pick

Join Daventry Town Council on Saturday 23rd September 2023, for our final community litter pick of the Year.

As part of our ongoing #Litterheroes Campaign, we extend an open invitation for residents to join us for the voluntary community activity, as together we tackle litter hot spots within the town.

The organised litter picks are led by DTC Community Ranger Charlotte Jones, with accompanying town Councillors and DTC staff members.

Daventry Town Council litter picks are a regular event held every month between March and September. The picks are great for the environment and provide physical and mental health benefits for participants.

September's pick will be held between 11am - 12pm on Saturday, 23rd September meeting at New Street Park Recreation Ground Notice Board, Daventry NN11 4BS

Equipment will be provided if you haven't got your own to bring, and no booking is required; just turn up on the day.

The event is open to residents of ages, although children in attendance will need to be supervised by a responsible adult.

This litter pick is organised and funded by Daventry Town Council.
