Daventry’s Christmas Lights Shine Brighter

Daventry Town Council is delighted to announce a magical new addition to the town's Christmas lights scheme for 2025. The iconic Gazebo at the top of Sheaf Street now shines brighter than ever, illuminated with stunning red and white lights and adorned with festive swags and a beautiful Christmas star. These new features perfectly complement the existing display and the improvements introduced last year, bringing even more festive sparkle to the heart of Daventry.

This enhancement is part of the Council's ongoing commitment to creating a vibrant, welcoming, and uplifting atmosphere for residents and visitors throughout the festive season. The new lights were officially switched on Friday 14th November, joining the wider scheme in time for the much-loved annual Christmas Market.

Daventry Town Council extends heartfelt thanks to Danetre Daventry Rotary for their generous contribution towards the cost of the new decorations. Their continued support plays a vital role in helping to enhance community events and experiences across the town.

The Christmas lights will remain in place until 4th January 2026, giving everyone plenty of time to enjoy the festive display and soak up the seasonal magic.
