VE Day 75th Anniversary Celebrations
The bunting is up, the flags are flying and we are told the UK is passing through the peak of this pandemic.
So, if we keep washing our hands, stay at home (whenever possible), and keep our distance, there is light at the end of the tunnel. Daventry VE Day 75 Community Dove Project
Daventry Town Council would like you to join us in commemorating the 75th Anniversary of VE Day with a community art project.

Shop, snack and see the lights at Daventry Christmas Market
The festive spirit will soon be in full-swing in Daventry, with a Christmas Market taking place on Saturday 16th November. Daventry to mark Remembrance Day with annual parade
The Royal British Legion Remembrance Day Parade and Service will take place in Daventry on Sunday 10th November, 2019. The parade will commence at 10.30am at St James Infant School, proceeding along Tavern Lane, the High Street and Abbey Street before finishing at the War Memorial where a short service will be held to include the calling of the Roll of Honour and laying of wreaths.

Fireworks spectacular set to light up Daventry
Daventry's free annual fireworks display will return to the Parker E-ACT Academy, Ashby Road on Saturday 2nd November. Organised by Daventry Town Council, this family-friendly event promises a colourful and eye-catching display that will amaze little and big kids alike.
