Daventry Town welcomes Spirit of Christmas & Lantern Parade

On Friday 8th December the Spirit of Christmas arrived in Daventry, along with the snow.

Those who braved the weather, enjoyed a variety of free activities including rides on a ferris wheel, a carousel, face-painting, a nativity photo booth and donkey rides. Then there was the magical and enchanting Santa's grotto and meeting Santa, an experience that touched the hearts of everyone who met him.

Town Council supports Parker E-ACT to enable pupils of all ages to use the Randolph Building

Further to the joint statement issued today (16th October) by Daventry District Council and E-ACT on the future of the Randolph Building (formerly known as Daventry UTC):

Daventry Town Council urges members of Daventry District Council to support Parker E-ACT and the young people it serves by approving measures to enable E-ACT pupils, of all ages, to use the Randolph Building, without restriction.
