Daventry To Mark Remembrance Day With Annual Parade
A Royal British Legion Remembrance Day Parade and Service will take place in Daventry on Sunday 13th November 2022. The parade will commence at 10.30am outside the Argos store on Daventry High Street. The parade will then proceed along the High Street to Abbey Street before finishing at the War Memorial where a short service will be held to include the calling of the Roll of Honour and laying of wreaths.... Open Invite to Daventry Teen Clinic Launch Event
The Teen Clinic Daventry is about to open and in celebration, Daventry Town Council and partners are proud to invite residents to its launch event, taking place during the October half term.

Queen's Jubilee Tree Blanket Revealed
Daventry Town Council was thrilled to welcome participants of The Jubilee Tree Blanket Project to view the finished blanket display reveal at Daventry Museum on Saturday 08 October 2022.
The Jubilee Tree Blanket has been a collaborative project between Daventry Museum and Northampton Museum and Art Gallery, which started in early 2022 as part of the Queen's Platinum Jubilee year celebrations.

Fireworks Spectacular Returning to Light Up Daventry
Daventry's free annual fireworks display will return to the Parker E-ACT Academy, Ashby Road on Saturday 5th November.
Organised by Daventry Town Council, this family-friendly event promises a colourful and eye-catching display that will amaze big and little kids alike.
Gates open from 6pm, and the firework display will begin at 7.30pm, set to a soundtrack spanning the decades.

School Applications Live for September 2023 Submissions
From 9th September parents and carers can apply for a reception place in a primary or infant school, a year 3 place in a junior school, or a Year 7 place in a secondary school for the September 2023 intake.
Parents and carers will now be able to apply up until 12 midnight on the closing dates for both Primary and Secondary applications, making the process easier and fairer for families.
