- Photos of your stall/trailer/goods
- Insurances (Public, Employee, Product)
- Risk Assessments
- Food Hygiene Ratings, Food Hygiene Certificate
- TENS Licence (where applicable)

RISK ASSESSMENTS: If you do not have your own Risk Assessments you can download and complete a copy of our “DTC Risk Assessment for Traders – 2019” (available at the bottom of this form)
