Please note: This is an outside event located on hard standing - Daventry High Street (road closure is in place)

Please complete all the following information fully.

IMPORTANT - BEFORE YOU START:

TERMS & CONDITIONS: You will need to download and read a copy of our "DTC Speciality Market - Terms & Conditions for Traders - 2020" (available below)

DOCUMENTS: You will need to have electronic copies of all your relevant documents to complete this form (where applicable:
- Photos of your stall/trailer/goods
- Insurances (Public, Employee, Product)
- Risk Assessments - this should include a Covid-19 section
- Food Hygiene Ratings, Food Hygiene Certificate
- TENS Licence & Gas/Electric Certificates

RISK ASSESSMENTS: If you do not have your own Risk Assessments please download a copy below of "DTC Speciality Market - Risk Assessment Form for Traders - 2020"

PAYMENT: £40 deposit for Stall/pitch refundable after you attend the market:

  • Cheques - Made payable to Daventry Town Council and posted to the address below.
