This is an outside event located on Daventry High Street (road closure is in place)

TERMS & CONDITIONS: You will need to download and read a copy of our "DTC Terms and Conditions for Traders – 2020" (available below)

DOCUMENTS: You will need to have electronic copies of all your relevant documents to complete this form (where applicable:
- Photos of your stall/trailer/goods
- Insurances (Public, Employee, Product)
- Risk Assessments - this should include a Covid-19 section
- Food Hygiene Ratings, Food Hygiene Certificate
- TENS Licence & Gas/Electric Certificates

PAYMENT: £40 deposit for Stall/pitch refundable after you attend the market:

Do you have your own gazebo of substantial build suitable for outside use, on hard standing with a minimum of 25kg weights? Please note: pop-up garden style gazebo's will NOT be permitted

What is the MAXIMUM dimensions of your trailer/vehicle in Meters including towing hitches, overhangs, etc? (e.g. 7.5m x 3.1m). IF YOU ARRIVE ON SITE WITH A LARGER TRAILER/VEIHCLE THAN SPECIFIED YOU MAY BE REFUSED ENTRY ON THE DAY. SPACING OF STALLS DUE TO COVID-19 MEANS IT IS VITAL YOU PROVIDE THE CORRECT MEASUREMENTS.

Daventry Town Council charge a £40 refundable deposit to be paid via cheque, cash or BACs. Failure to attend on the day, or cancel within 7 days of the event happening, the deposit will not be refunded. How do you plan on making payment?
