ENQUIRY FORM - Speciality Markets & Other Events Stall Holder
If you would like to enquire about having a stall at an upcoming Daventry Town Council Speciality Markets or Events, please complete our initial enquiry form below to give us an insight into what you sell. Our Events Officer will get back to you if they feel your stall is relevant and a good fit for the speciality market and try not duplicate existing stall holders already booked in.
As the event is run and funded by Daventry Town Council we charge a £40 deposit which is refundable after you have attended the event.
Where events are located outside around the town centre on hardstanding so we require stallholders to have their own suitable gazebo or vehicle (e.g. converted horse box, trailer) to trade from. Gazebos must be of substantial build (domestic pop-up style gazebos are not permitted) and 25kg weights attached to each leg are also required. We do have very limited tables undercover at some events. Other events are held on grass so suitable gazebos that can be tied and/or pegged down are required or own vehicle (e.g. converted horse box, trailer).
